BANAUS has introduced a new range of occupational health initiatives, which include an employee assistance program and online health and wellbeing resources, and are increasing the available expertise in occupational health support.

Our highly skilled OHS professionals are working on employee wellbeing in the context of the wider strategic aims of the organization and provide active contribution to policy and processes.

We build rapport and a strong working relationship with our clients HR teams and line managers, giving them appropriate advice on compliance within the current legislation and clinical protocols. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to levels of long-term sickness and absence in various workplaces. Focusing on employee retention and return to work on a case-by-case basis, we also work on preventative health and well-being initiatives.
